From Germany: Returns are free. Use the DHL return label from your parcel. Label gone? After registering, you'll get a new one here.

From outside Germany: No return label is included. Please send your return at your own cost to: tigha · Grüner Dyk 35 · 47803 Krefeld · Germany. Add a note with your order number.

Important: Register every return here first, otherwise we can't match your parcel. For exchanges, the new size ships as soon as your old jacket has arrived back with us.
