Shearling

New Shearlings. Aviator and bomber jackets with collars of genuine shearling that closes around your neck where the draft gets in. Leather on the outside, lined inside for fall and winter. No costume, no decoration: the fleece sits exactly where it does its job.

The styles

Nox is the aviator in cowhide, buffed to a velvety Buffed Black — the heaviest piece in the range. Forest and Talvi are the aviator in sheepskin, Elephant Vintage in brown and in gray. Pam and Pete put the shearling collar on the bomber: pared back and clean.

The material

The collar is genuine shearling: leather outside, fleece inside, in one piece. Turn it up and it closes around the back of your neck. The aviators are lined — Nox and Talvi warmly, Forest moderately — without adding bulk. Pam and Pete are lightly lined.

Care

Lift the collar fleece with a soft brush and let wet leather air-dry. Store on a hanger with space around it. That's all it takes.
