Where is my order?
You don’t need an account to track your order — the link is in your shipping confirmation. If the email has gone missing, we’ll resend it.
The quickest way
- Search your inbox for “tigha”. Check your promotions and spam folders too — confirmations sometimes end up there.
- Open the shipping confirmation. It has a “Track shipment” button with your tracking number below it.
- Your order confirmation also has a “View your order” link. It shows you the current status at any time — no account, no password.
