Cost & delivery time

Shipping to Germany, the EU, Switzerland and the UK is free, with no minimum order and no fine print. Within Germany and the EU, it arrives in 1–2 business days.

• Other countries such as the USA: you’ll see the shipping cost at checkout. Outside the EU, customs and import duties are paid by the recipient.

Tracking

As soon as your package leaves the warehouse, you'll get the tracking number by email. We ship to every country available at checkout.

Packaging

A box, tissue paper, done. No plastic, no packing peanuts, nothing you have to throw away afterwards.

How it works

30 days from delivery, no explanation needed. Register your return first using the return form. Returns from Germany are free: the label is in the package or comes by email after you register. From other countries, you send it back at your own cost.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Register the exchange in the returns portal. The jacket goes back just like a return — but we set your new size aside, so you don't have to reorder or wait for a refund.

Security

The short answer

Our jackets fit true to size. If you usually wear M, you wear M here. Men S–XXL, women XS–XL.

When to size up

• You always wear chunky knits underneath
• You deliberately want a looser fit
• For the lined aviators, if you're between two sizes

Size advisor

On every product page, the size advisor calculates a recommendation from your height and weight. It's right in the vast majority of cases.

The materials

Sheepskin is the lightest and softest — from day one it wears as if you'd always had it. Cowhide is heavier, firmer, more uncompromising; it takes a few weeks, then it's yours. Goatskin takes vintage finishes like no other leather. Shearling, leather outside and fleece inside, is on the collars of our aviators and pilot bombers. The aviators themselves are lined for fall and winter.

The washes

Heavy washed, stone washed, buffed, vintage, basic black. Every finish is done by hand — no two jackets turn out exactly alike.

Care

• Do not wash, do not iron, do not dry-clean
• Wipe off stains right away with a slightly damp cloth, let air-dry
• Never put wet leather on a radiator — room temperature, hanging
• Once a year, apply a colorless leather balm to the areas that work hardest
• Store on a wide hanger with air all around. No plastic garment bags
• Shearling collars: fluff up the fleece with a soft brush

That's all it takes. A good leather jacket isn't pampered, it's worn.
