Terms and conditions

This English version is provided for convenience only. The German version is legally binding.

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses via the online store tigha.com. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed profession.

§ 2 Contracting party, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with tigha, owner Domingo Delgado Báez, Grüner Dyk 35, 47803 Krefeld. By listing products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in your cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

§ 3 Prices and shipping costs

All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping within Germany and the European Union is free of charge. Within Germany, we also offer express shipping for €9.99. Shipping to Switzerland and the United Kingdom is also free of charge. For deliveries to other countries outside the EU (e.g. USA), shipping costs apply and are shown at checkout; any customs duties and import charges are borne by the recipient. The shipping costs displayed during checkout apply.

§ 4 Payment

The payment methods displayed during checkout are available in our store, including PayPal, Klarna, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

§ 5 Delivery

We deliver to the countries that can be selected during checkout. Unless otherwise stated for the item, the delivery time within Germany and the EU is 1–2 business days after conclusion of the contract. For deliveries outside the EU, the delivery time depends on the destination country.

§ 6 Right of withdrawal and voluntary return policy

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal as described in the withdrawal policy. In addition, we grant a voluntary right of return for a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods; we bear the cost of return shipping for returns from Germany; for returns from other countries, the customer bears it. Returns must be registered via the return form before sending. The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

§ 7 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

§ 8 Warranty

The statutory rights for defects apply.

§ 9 Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
