2. General information on data processing
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website, process orders or comply with legal obligations, or where you have given your consent. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(a) (consent), (b) (contract), (c) (legal obligation) and (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
3. Hosting and store system (Shopify)
This store is operated on the Shopify platform (Shopify International Ltd., Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1–2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland). When you visit the website, technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser and operating system are processed in server logs (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Shopify also processes data in third countries; this is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. More information: shopify.com/legal/privacy.
4. Orders
To process your order, we process your name, address, email address, phone number if applicable, and order and payment data (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Payment data is transmitted directly to the payment service provider you choose during checkout; we never see complete card or account details. For delivery, we pass on your name, delivery address and — where necessary for delivery — your email address or phone number to the shipping company we have engaged.

Depending on the payment method selected, the data required for payment (name, billing address, email address, order amount, bank details if applicable) is transmitted to the respective payment service provider (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can have the account deleted at any time by sending a message to support@tigha.com; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
7. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, we process your information to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete it once the inquiry has been resolved and no retention obligations prevent deletion.
8. Newsletter and Early Access
If you sign up for our newsletter or Early Access, we use your email address to inform you about drops, products and promotions (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Sign-up uses the double opt-in procedure; we store the time and confirmation of your sign-up. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by sending a message to support@tigha.com.
9. Cookies and analytics
This website uses technically necessary cookies without which the store (e.g. cart, login, password protection) would not work (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, Section 25(2) TDDDG). In addition, we use the analytics built into Shopify to understand how the store is used; these cookies are only set with your consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can change your selection at any time via the privacy settings in the footer. We currently do not use any external tracking or advertising services.
10. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen).
11. Storage period
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. We retain order and invoice data for up to ten years in accordance with commercial and tax law retention obligations. We delete newsletter data after you unsubscribe; server logs are deleted by Shopify after a short period.
